Cardiovascular Exercise
Cardio Exercises
Cardio walk into the room and look around, people are into their cars and move at their own pace of each. Some of them are walking, others running, driving some of the exercise bikes, elliptical longer hair, some run, and yet there are some who read very slowly and on foot. Yes, I told him to read if you read while you're cardio every day, are not tough enough for at least 2 days of the week! I look at some people on the machine to stopuse, wipe down and go to practice then to another device. When they get to the next piece of equipment, still have the same pace as the previous year. They think that by modifying the equipment, they change their workout, but when they look at their heart rate, was still in the same place on the first machine. I'm not the person with the bike, do not do the same cardio every day. I think if there is no change in the way you lookThe goal, therefore only the journey in the desert, no change in the landscape for miles.
There are many different types of sports equipment in the cardio room, which one to choose? How long to keep using them? What intensity should train? The questions are endless and so are the opportunities in cardio. Check out the cardio machines, I would first recommend the treadmill (if the joints are fine), then an elliptical machine or rowing, a bicyclethe next, and the last car, would I recommend one for rehabilitation. I know there are other machines in the cardio room, we do not need to go through them all. The bottom line with the cardiovascular exercise is to change the formation and intensity all the time. Look professional racers, run hard, run the half, and they just executed. Every day is not a competition Arse Kicking, where they meet the earth. Sure there are days when you push into and through theWall, but not every day.
Below I will guide people in the room rate monitor, making them more efficient. Here's an example of what someone should do if they wanted four days of Heart of the week. This person may be a newcomer to the field of exercise and exercise have a couple of years. On his first day of the week cardio probably want to put in about 40 minutes on the treadmill. The pace of these 40 minutes should be in the medium term, this means they could to keep the conversation going, but couldonly say a sentence at a time because then they would need to catch their breath. They would not be able to be chatty Kathy here and talk the whole time. Another day of the week this person would probably do an interval workout on the treadmill, an example would be 5 minutes of easy warm-up, 2 minutes hard, followed by 2 minutes recovery. These 2 minute segments are repeated a few times, so the person would go back and do 2 minutes hard and then take two minutes to recover, and repeat again. When finished with these intervals they would warm-down with 5 to 10 minutes of easy/medium paced cardio on the same machine. The hard part on this interval workout should be hard enough to make the person need to stop for the 2 minute recovery period. On their third day of cardiovascular exercise they would probably do long slow distance, 60 plus minutes of the same machine without stopping, but at an easy pace. For some people an easy pace is walking, for others it is a jog, and still others a run. Just remember it should be easy. The last day of cardiovascular exercise would more than likely be another hard workout; hills, sprints, out-n-back, tempo run, etc. Hope this helps out in the climb to the top of the cardio hill.
